Apple Pro Keyboard or Apple Keyboard (2007)

Hi, I'm wondering if it's worth 50usd to upgrade my Apple Pro Keyboard to an APple Keyboard (2007) with the numeric keypad or the regular one without? I don't like wireless peripherals, as I'm too lazy to change the batteries.. Any advice?
