is it possible to flash a geforce 8800 gt for 2007 Mac pro octo-core?

I remember i got it in late 2007, right when the first 8 core was released.
It has the colvertown processors @ 3ghz.

I got a old geforce 8800 GT laying around, and i was wondering if i can use it to upgrade my 1900xt.


Any ideas?

Yes. It has to have the proper-size ROM chip, though.

It seems that the card is a 8800 GTX with 768 MB Ram

is it possible to flash this one on the old mac pro ?

i also have a 7800 GTX and a 9800 GTX+ . Which one can i flash for the mac pro?
