Hi,

I am new to this forum and haven't had any luck finding a forum for Objective-C. Any hints or clues are appreciated.

thanks

You found a pretty good forum to use as a resource, but we do more help rather than giving out tips. So, if you need help understand Obj-C with a project of yours, we are glad to help.

Welcome to the Macrumors community.

Perhaps you could elaborate a bit on your situation. Are you an experienced programmer who's learning Objective-C? Are you planning on developing Cocoa apps for the Mac or iPhone? Or are you new to programming in general and are looking for a good starting place (in which case there are several good threads out there already--not to mention the sticky at the top of the forum)?

I've found the community here to go way out of their way to help, but there's definitely the general expectation that you need to try to get as far as you can on your own before seeking help. There's limited patients for people who want others to do all of the hard work for them, but typically forum members are more than happy to help steer people in the right direction, or to clarify a concept they've been reading about elsewhere that they may not completely understand.
