I'm in the market for a camcorder and having trouble deciding on format eg. MiniDV or HDD.
I also want to know what cam corders are compatible with Macs, because I heard there's only a handful out there that are.
I only really want one to film my son (11months), but as a still photographer would like exposure control, manual focus and a decent wide angle.
Can you give me some suggestions. Budget around AU$1200 for new/used
