Okay, it's my clumsiness that's gotten me into this. Last week I spilled what seemed to be a small amount of coffee (black, nothing added) on a small area of my keyboard. I turned it over and let it drain and then turned it up on end to make sure all liquid drained out and then dried. However, now a few of my keys sometimes lock up on me and won't press down easily. Is there anything I can do to restore the way the keys operate?
Thanks

Are you sure it was coffee?
Anyways, you need to get a very small brush, make it damp, take the keys out and scrub the back of the keys.

Do the keys on the Alum keyboard pop off?
I'm too afraid to try. :o

Yes, it was coffee, that's what I find strange. Nothing really sticky about black coffee. Anyway, do the keys just pop off? What's the easiest way to get them off? I've never done this so I want to make sure I don't ruin it or make it less usable than it is now.

i had the same problem. just get a damp rag and most importantly, aim towards the floor.
