Error in Windows based iTunes

I am getting this error message "iTunes is unable to load dataclass information from sync systems." I hit ok and the sync still starts. I don't know what or how to fix it. I have uninstalled and reinstalled iTunes, cleaned the registry you name it I have done it. Any help will be appraciated.😱
