Need advise with color combination

I am in the process of updating a website of mine on iWeb. I am planning to make the page background a dark brown color (#200000) but i am unsure of what color to make the browser background. I want an overall dark look to the site but black seems to not match very well (#000000). I am thinking a darker shade of Brown (#180000).

just click on create and add your hex color in the base color and it will give suggestions.
