How to trick Appstore into thinking it's on Wifi?

Long story short, my girlfriend doesn't have wifi and her laptop died :(. Now there are tons of new updates on Appstore that she is begging to have but can't cause they are 10mb+. She lives in Boston so she can't just come over and update them or whatnot.

So is there anyway she can sort of trick the Appstore into thinking its in wifi so she can download/update those 10mb+ apps? Thanks in advanced, all help is appreciated.

Go to Starbucks, MacDonald's, McAllister's, public libraries and any other public wifi.

Yes her iPhone is jailbroken but I read that Voipover3g doesn't work for the Appstore? Or does it?

I did not try it on the apps store, I only try it on skype and it works fine, also on the VOICEOVER3G apps page, it said it works on fring and apps store.

it doesn't work for the app store...i've tried it and in cydia on the developer's page he states he's not sure if it works
