iPhone 3G Cradle/Arm Charger with line out

Looking for suggestions on an adjustable cradle/arm for iphone 3g that plugs into my cigarette-charger and charges my phone, but is still adjustable so it can be at nearly eye-level. Also I'd like the cradle to have a line out to run into my aux port, leaving the headphone-port on the phone open. Don't need an fm transmitter.

I'm surprised there does not seem to be any such device for the iPhone 3G (at least that I can find). I have a Monster Cable car charger with line audio out, but it only works with older iPods. The iPhone 3G is over a year old and still no car charger with line out? If nothing turns up I may have to take a desktop cradle and somehow mount it in the car. These cradles seem to have line audio out.

I am looking for this same type of thing. It could be a a suction mount or a cig. lighter mount but I want it to work with the 3Gs and have charging and line out.

Any suggestions now that we are a year later when this post was made?
