Hi all,
Working on my dad's machine here so I'm not sure too much on
background of the problem but I play family tech support and this ones
got me stumped as I still use XP as a general rule.
At the minute we cannot access Control Panel direct from the start
menu, when hovered over it just comes up as the standard windows
blank/missing icon and doesn't do anything.
When we go into Control Panel through other routes we see 7 icons that
are blank (one of which we believe to be Folder Options or something
similar?) Anyone got any ideas on how to retrieve these items?
