Everytime iPod syncs w/ PC I have to reinstall itunes?!

This is pissing me off. Everytime I want to sync my ipod w/ my PC running the latest version of itunes I have to reinstall itunes. It says that the software is not working or is not installed to sync the ipod with itunes. After I install itunes again it works for a few days then I have to do it again.

Have you successfully used the iPod with that PC in the past?

Yeah it worked fine before. Now every other time I connect I have to reinstall itunes. Its not that big of a deal, I bet I will have to do a HD wipe to get it working well again... I just hoped it was a major problem or something. Nope just ****ty windows and the thousands of drivers and programs that fight each other for ****ty ness.
