Major network issue please help

I cannot connect to anything in my network, not my router, my nas the internet nothing.

I installed a bunch of stupid ass sync programs testing them out idrive, sycnplicity maybe another one i don't remember, i go to restart and wammo nothin works.

I checked my ip settings and i have some odd ip i don't recognize 169.254.111.112 wtf is that?

Any ideas how to fix this?

ah whew i remembred my ip and changed it, i'm good now, but aim wont' connect, wonder what is up with that.
