I have mobileme, but I don't know where I can download that backup thing.
Can anyone help me out?

Open your iDisk, navigate to the Software folder, then the Backup for Mac OS X 10.4.2 or later or 10.5 folder. From that folder, copy the Backup_3.1.2.dmg file to your desktop. Double-click to install.
