Auburndale was supposed to be 35/45 W with the integrated GPU, so this is a drop (probably due to the 32 nm process). It seems that:
35 W: Successor to 25 W Penryn
25 W: Successor to 17 W LV Penryn
18 W: Successor to 10 W ULV Penryn
