making backups for my library

I just bought a PBG4, and it came with the Restore disk. I have two offices that I work out of, so I want to make copies for myself of the recover disk to keep in the office. How do I go about doing it? Do I just drag the image of the disk to the hard drive, then insert a blank cd and drag the image to the blank cd? What exactly is the procedure?

In Disk Utility, make an image of the disk and then burn the image to CD (also in Disk Utility).
