Should I get the new 12" combo PB 1.33 for 1509 shipped. Or the 15" Albook 1.0 for 1635?? I am thinking the 12", but that screen is sure nice on the 15? What is the better deal?

Photos, video editing, email, web surfing. Just the usual, but I rarely do video editing. Mostly email, photos, and web surfing.

Either would be fine, but I'd save the money and go with the 12". It's more powerful and will be ok for *some* editing.

i would go for the 12incher - just my 2cents

I would go for the 12" and i am in the same boat. But what realy works well is hooking up a 2nd monitor and cracking the ibooks video card to support a 2nd monitor that is better than any 15 screen. O yea i mostly use the ibook at home.

If you go the 12" route, then you lose out on S-Video Out, firewire 800, weaker video card, and smaller screen (obvious). If that doesn't matter, then get the 12".
