3rd party usb ethernet dongle?

I've searched the interwebs and can't figure out if any usb ethernet dongle will suffice.

Nearly any USB<->Ethernet Dongle will work for any Mac, especially those by Linksys, D-Link, or Belkin. The only question may result from the revision number. It also never hurts to try, since most companies have a very nice return policy, so try it. If it doesn't work, return it and try another.
