I currently have this car dock:

I picked it up at my local FRY's electronics the afternoon I got the iPhone and have been severely frustrated with either it or my phone.
When I have the phone connected to the dock it might show that its charging for a while but then it will switch to either battery power or "external power". This happens off and on every 1/4-1/2 second while I'm making a call via bluetooth and the sound is really getting on my nerves. I thought it was definitely the charger's problem but I let my gf try her phone and it works like a charm with her.
Anyone else own this docking station? I see them all over the place so I'm assuming they are pretty popular...
