Hmmm...I think the transistor/cpu sound is getting more noticeable than when I first got my unibody macbook, the sound is quite annoying when I'm in a quiet room. Anyone notice this as well? 😕 I have the 2.0Ghz model if that matters. Thanks!

I can't stand it!!!
I have the same thing going on. When you are in a quiet room it drives you crazy. I have found that if you put some pressure on the right side of the trackpad, it will quiet it down. Is this a widespread problem? Hopefully I can get it replaced or fixed. My first MB ALU didn't have this problem.
