View Full Version : Itunes just deleted all my purchases!

synced my touch this morning and Itunes deleted all my purchases. I can't get them to reinstall with a sync. I tried the touch reboot procedure but that is not working also. what is going on? My touch is working otherwise so it did not die. I need some help.

Are you signed into the iTunes store in iTunes and is that machine authorised to play purchases?

YES I even tried to reauthorize it and was told it was already authorized.

When your touch is plugged into your computer, .. in iTunes, under Devices / touch, on the music tab, what is it set to sync?

do the same as above for (if you have purchased) movies, tv shows, applications
make sure it has sync ALL apps/movies/music etc and not sync some

Yeah that was it- somehow it was changed to sync only selected applications.
Might be related to my updating Itunes to the newest version a week ago.
Had me going there for a while. Thanks! :)
