Mac Mini 2009 and SSD - suggestions?

I've got the 2009 mac mini, and like many, I'm considering upgrading the hard drive.

However, more important than capacity, I'd like to gain speed AND reliability, so I'm wondering if there's a 128 or 256 gig SSD hard drive out there that anyone would recommend, and would work (size and connection wise) inside the mini.

128s and 256s are either out there or have been announced and should be released soon....they should work in the mini....however, you'll be paying as much (or almost as much) for the drive as you paid for the Mini
