Ok, so basically i believe my university is packet shaping, and or blocking youtube hd content... if thats even possible.
Almost any hd video from youtube will simply not load, and its not the speed of my connection. As soon as i click the HD button to turn it off, it works fine. Is there any way around this? It bugs the crap out of me!
this test was mid evening and wireless, Im sure about a million people are on right now....
