iOS Update address book data from another application

Hi Guys,

Does anyone know how to update address book data...I have an application where am adding and manipulating persons details. Whenever am adding record to my sqlite db, same time adding person first name, last name and email id to iPhone address book. Also when deleting the record, am deleting from address book. now i need to update the address book details whenever i update the data from my application.
