LOL. You could pay for an iBook using one of these monthly loan things so that you could have it now...

That's what I did. Paid it off in three big chunks so the interest didn't kill me.

The thing about is I'm not 18 so I can't get a loan. But in turn I think its better I'm saving up like this because then I can get a better iBook if one comes out over the Summer. I can pay directly to Apple with a money order for the whole entire thing right? I mean its scary sending $1099 in the mail, but thats how I'm going to get it done. I'm 16 so yeah

Or get a bank account with a debit card attached to it. If your 16 it's time to start looking into those kinds of things.

Bank of America gave me a checking account, and I'm 16. I even got a platinum check card.

If you get the bank account, it'll ship faster, too.

Well I finally got my salary raised to $6.00 an hour, at his rate I need to work for 366 hours to make enough for a G5 and then some. Fortunately I have been saving for a while so as soon as they release new G5's I'm finally going to buy my own computer, and what a computer it will be:)
