anyone use oust?

rather strange that i ask, but let me explain.

i started getting wierd little grey marks on my palm rest, on the right hand side, and didn't have a clue what they were. they look like ''splodges", kinda dark on the outside and lighter on the inside. i then noticed these on the top case aswell. i also noticed my girlfriend has a few aswell on her topcase and palmrest, although not as bad.

i've tried figuring out what it could be, and one crazy idea what oust. i use it in my room every now and again, and often make sure my screens closed but sometimes forget. i thought maybe the liquid has fallen on my laptop on made the marks.

anyone else with this problem? or use oust with no problem?

any help would be great, thanks :)

I've also just noticed this... Is it not just dirt from your hands?

i was thinking that, but i clean it pretty often (damp/almost dry micro fibre cloth, then bone dry micro fibre cloth) and it just won't come off. it could be something else, but i was just curious about the oust theory.

also, for anyone who doesn't know, oust is a spray air freshener.
