Lovely DoF.

Since this "type" of shot is common, do you find yourself focusing on the eyeball to get proper depth?

Thanks. Yes, I use the AF center point and place the AF point on the eye... I also use back button focusing...http://www.usa.canon.com/dlc/controller?act=GetArticleAct&articleID=2286&fromTips=1

Dont feel alone, many are not aware of back button focusing. It is very cool and works well once you get accustom to it.
