"No Document could be created"

Hello,

I am developing sample application for NSTreeController using tutorial "NSTreeController Tutorial" from http://www.literatureandlatte.com/freestuff/index.html.

I followed each and every steps mentioned in the document, but getting at error "No Document could be created"

Can anyone please help me, how to resolve this error.
