how many/which protien am i folding

i've been getting two protein names in the terminal...not quite sure what this means...am i folding both? is it showing the new and previous proteins? which one am i currently folding? here is the text with arrows:

You're not folding both; however, the log file was apparently busy when the results were being uploaded and the log file could not be deleted.

If you look in your work folder, you'll find two logfile_xx.txt where xx is the number of the work unit. It should be fairly obvious that the one with the number which does not coincide needs to be deleted.
