Cannot log in to Apple Discussion Forum [Archive]

View Full Version : Cannot log in to Apple Discussion Forum

I have been trying for over a year to log into the Apple Discussions Forum, without success. Once I log in, I am taken to a screen that reads "Create New User Account", I never am able to leave that screen. I have tried all the suggestions I have read here and elsewhere such as resetting safari, deleting cookies, trying it in Firefox. My username and password has no odd characters in it. Any suggestions?

Thanks, yes I read it. I am running OS 10.4, and have no unusual characters in my name or password. I have even reinstalled the OS, with no change. I don't understand why I have this problem.

I had the same problem once, but I have no memory how I solved it.

And now I can't login either.

I have to create an User Alias and all that hezmana.

But I already posted as spinnerlys there.

Btw, I have Safari 4 on 10.5.6 .

I will try later to see if I can manage again to login.
