I Need Your Help Please - Facebook Mobile App Won't Download Onto my 3G iPhone.

Hi, could some one please help me get my girlfriend the Facebook Mobile App on her new iPhone 3G.

I have the 1st Gen Model that's unlocked.
And I got it on mine without a problem a few months ago.

But I'm having trouble getting it on the new 3G model.
It keeps saying something alone the lines of.

"This application is not compatible with this iPhone"


Can someone help me please ?

Is the iPhone up to date with the current 2.2.1 firmware? The facebook app might only be 2.2.1 compatible

It's not, I am running 2.2 (on a jailbroken iPhone) and Facebook is running fine. :)
