System Preferences beachballs whenever trying to set up Mobile Me.

I set myself up with the 60 day trial today, and every time I go into Sys. Prefs to try to set it up I get beachballs and a non-responsive window. I've already restarted, and this is starting to annoy me. Any info anyone can share about this would be great.

Better late than never I suppose...Have you gone into the Keychain Access application in Utilities and removed the .Mac password entry, if there is one, in there? Give it a shot.

Hey, thanks, I'll give it a shot. I never had .Mac, and I only noticed this problem b/c I signed up for a free trial of MobileMe after helping a friend set his up. They may not be related, but I'll give it a look.

Also, I'm hoping a 10.5.7 update will fix this.
