SO I'm thinking it could be the battery? Do you guys think if I replace the battery it'll be better? It's unlocked/jailbroken. I'm not sure if it's past its warranty. Should I go to Apple and give it a try? I mean if I restore through iTunes I wont be able to even get the phone to turn on, so how would that work exactly?

I use T-Mobile with it.
