My iphone keeps "searching"

My 3G will often (2-3 times a day) have no bars, and says "searching". I have to reset the iphone most times. Sometimes after a reset it gets a good signal; sometimes it just goes back to "searching". Sometimes it finds a signal without resetting.You would think I am just not getting a signal, but another 3G in my office is not doing this. Neither are two 2Gs in the same office. It happens at various locations seprated by 20 or more miles. Any thoughts?

Maybe try getting a new sim card.
OR
Get a sim card from one of the other 3G and put it in your 3G and see if you get the same problems. If you do then its the phone, if you don't then its the sim and then you should get a new one.
