That layout is too cramped. You should make the content adjust to different resolutions, instead of keeping it in a static block like that.

And keep it simple. Surfers shouldn't have to use two scroll bars to navigate through updates.

Yes... It could use a little work, it's not exactly user friendly yet... Much better than anything I could ever do, so don't give up on it- it's just not quite there yet...

It's a little small for my liking, but that's just a personal preference. If you like it and if your audience will accept it then it's fine. I have a feeling the general population will complain though. I used to have white text on a black background on my website and I got hate mail about it for a long time. When I revised, I changed the colors on my phpbb board (after they were on defaults for a year) and I still get hate mail about that. You can't please everyone--and screw em, you don't have to--but sometimes they have valid comments.

i'm going to break this down for you

the size of the page
yes, it's way too small. if you are going to make it so that it is a certain size, try to make it about 700 pixels wide (its pretty standard). the height is also pretty unbearable. instead of using that iframe, perhaps you could make it so that the entire window will scroll.

the header image
this is too hard to read. header images should be able to quickly and easily give a lasting impression for the entire site. the words are almost completely unreadable, especially for people with bad eyes. when i first looked at it, i thought it was just a site for people who like biking, snowboarding and surfing.

top 300 zymic image
if i get fooled into clicking one of those, thinking it is relevant to the site, i will close my browser window and never, ever go back. they are an annoyance and completely a waste of time for people. the worst part is that it appears 3 times in that iframe.

the layout
i like the layout... but it is just WAY too small. stick with the colors you are using. i like how it is simple yet complex at the same time.

-make the name (mugatu films) a little more bold

-there seems to be a lot of wasted space with the images.
