Against reflection

Hi, has anybody a tip for me to do something against the reflection of my MacBook? It's really annoying when I try to work...

Sit where there isnt bright light

You can get anti-reflection things for the screen.

I know, but they all really much expensive. I'm looking for a cheap solution.

Taking construction paper and wrapping it around the outside of the display like a funnel, and then taping the sides down works. It's cheap too.
