I won this item through a second chance offer two days ago, and immediately paid with paypal. It seems the guy re listed the item? What do you think>

Well initially it went to around $250.00, then I got a second chance offer of my bid. The person does have 100% feedback though.

Yes but notice everything he has sold has been under $30. It's a classic, the first guy probably backed out because of this. I strongly suggest you reconsider.
