iPhone 3g unlocked on Yellowsn0w isn't detecting carrier after "swirly MMS" install??

Hi, i installed swirly MMS on my iPhone 3g and it isn't picking up a signal now. I have no idea what it did, shouldn't yellows0w still work? I uninstalled the swirly mms and reinstalled yellowsn0w but to no avail 🙁

any ideas?
