i got my macbook about 2 years ago when my mum bought it for me for christmas. My mum, being a completle idiot when it comes to computers, did not realise that it doesnt have windows on or that i did not have a clue how to use a mac.
So i immediatly asked my dad computer genius friend to change the operating system to windows xp. This means that when i turn the computer on there is NOT an option to go on either mac or windows it is JUST windows.
Two years later a really regret my decision and was wondering if i somehow found out how to remove windows would my mac operating system still be there or would i have to re install it completly?

If the person installed Windows over OS X, then you will have to reinstall completely from the gray restore discs.

Please read the forum rules, as you seem to have lied about doing so when you signed up.
We are not to create duplicate threads. One is enough.
Go back to Boot Camp Utility and do what it says.

Then you need to reinstall from the gray discs that came with it - you still have those, right?
Make sure you backup anything important from your documents.

Do what? Backup - yes. Backup before putting those discs in.
In order to install from the discs, put disc 1 in, shut down. Boot while holding C, it will take a minute to load then just follow the instructions to install Mac OS X.
