Is there Any Proxies So I can use my web!?

I want to be able to use my web freely no matter where I am. But 90% of places I am have places like yahoo blocked! And other sites. Is there any apps or anything that I can use to browse the web freely? ((My ipod is jailbroken by the way if that helps.))

There are many proxies.

But only an idiot would block yahoo and not proxies, so you are probably out of luck.

It's always a game of cat and mouse trying to find a proxy to avoid another proxy.
