buying refurb macs

Do refurb apples come with all the software and acessories that new ones would come with?

ie.
PB 12" Combo

would it come with the dvi and video adapters?
what about iLife '04, Omnigraffle etc?
Panther?

My refurbished g3 800 mhz ibook just came from apple. It has the mini-dvi adapter, ac adapter, the original software (classic and 10.1), panther, Xcode, iMovie, and iLife.
