Beta Help 1st Timer

I am about to upgrade my iphone to the beta 4. I have been a developer for a while but never bit the dirt and upgraded to the 3.0. How do get my phone added to my account? I searched and really didnt get a answer. Could someone write a step by step and sticky it. Or just help me here. Thanks guys and I am doing this all from my hospital room where my new daughter was just born!!!!
 
Assuming you have been able to load your own apps to your phone for testing then you already added your phone to generate the certificates required.

Oh so that is what it is talking about. I didnt quite understand that part so now I just gotta upgrade to 8.2 Itunes and load the beta.

You don't think there might be some other things going on that are more important right now?
