I set aside $50 to buy a case for protection, and I'm currently considering the Tom Blhn Monolith (http://www.tombihn.com/Merchant2/merchant.mv?Screen=PROD&Store_Code=001&Product_Code=TB0334&Product_Count=5&Category_Code=_AG4). I'm also curious about the Cyber3 Tote and Tilt (http://www.cyber3store.com/ti_tote.html).

Here are my pros and cons
Monolith (http://www.tombihn.com/Merchant2/merchant.mv?Screen=PROD&Store_Code=001&Product_Code=TB0334&Product_Count=5&Category_Code=_AG4)
pros--great protection
cons--defeats the purpose of buying a thin computer:eek:
Tote and Tilt (http://www.cyber3store.com/ti_tote.html)
pros--great portability, lets my pb run cooler without buying the coolpads
cons--absolutely no protection:eek: for my pb

Unfortunately, I can't buy both as I don't think the Tote and Tilt handle will let the pb fit in the monolith...if I'm wrong though, then I don't have to make a choice!

So, which should I pick? Are there any other packs I should consider?

I don't mind scratches...now would it last in a backpack?;)

Any other good powerbook cases? Should I just go for the tote and tilt handle?
