... in the review by maccentral they speak of a installation mode called "...Archive and Install, which will save all of your personal documents and preferences with the new Jaguar system; and Erase and Install."

Now let me get this straight they mean it will save my prefs and docs and then erase all of the old installation (10.1.5) and install all the new stuff, right?

If that is the case then man that is so cool. I am so glad I bought a Mac this time around.

yes. you will have to copy over your old prefs if you still want to use em.. but it will back up your documents, etc..

you wont be able to boot from the archive, though...
