iPods Promoted on SNL

How many of you just saw Colin Farrel on SNL as Bono showing off his new ipod? They then do a reinactment of "Verigo", it was hilarious! Big promotion for ipods.

Watching it right now on the West Coast. Good stuff. They used to show Apples in that Nick Burns, the Computer Guy sketch. He was bragging about his Cube once, too. I bet they're all Apple fans in real life.

Great to see, more publicity for Apple is a good thing! Not like the iPod needs more attention right now, but hey, you can never have too much I suppose.... ;)

It was indeed funny seeing "Bono" showing off a U2 iPod and being teased for opening the song by counting incorrectly in Spanish. I wonder who got to keep the iPod after the show.

It's another case where SNL made fun, in one episode, of somebody who was featured as the musical artist on a previous show, as latergator116 noted here.

Yep. Whenever you see photos of their offices, there's Apple gear all over the place.
