So I am confused. I actually thought this was a skin for the case, how do you apply this skin. It looks very neat!

Just send the "iSkin" back to the company, tell them that they sent the wrong product, tell them they sent you an iBook however you had asked for a powerbook one. That is pretty simple you loose no money and you get what you want.

So I am confused. I actually thought this was a skin for the case, how do you apply this skin. It looks very neat! You just place it on top of the keys. Although, you're encouraged to clean the underside of it (and the keys) before using. I got one for free at MacWorld Boston, and I still use it from time to time.

You can also use "clear coat" (used after applying nail polish its clear).

It works and is far cheaper than an iSkin plus since if it gets dirty just wipe it off, if you want to sell it it cal also be removed. The simplest, and cost effective solution. :)

remember not to apply too much a think coat is all you need. :)

Jdm_rsx: are you sure the iSkin won't fit on the Powerbook? According to their site (http://www.iskin.com/protouch_PB1.html), it should. Does this carry the iSkin name brand, or is it a generic keyboard cover like the iSkin?

ibooks and powerbooks have different keyboards

and the top row numbers are slightly off...
