advice on portable mice

Anyone know of a good portable mouse -- preferably corded and ambidextrous (I don't know if it would be small enough not to matter), and with at least two buttons. Should I be concerned that some models -- if they're not brand names -- might not have right-click functionality with OS X?

I just bought a microsoft laptop mouse (http://www.microsoft.com/products/info/product.aspx?view=22&pcid=6ab0dbac-968f-44d1-a700-0f1ed61c7f91&type=ovr) yesterday. I have not had it long, but I like it so far. I usually use the track-pad. It appears to be symmetrical. It has three buttons, the middle one being the scroll-wheel. It also works flawlessly with OS X (well so far).

In case it matters to you, I saw a black and silver version in Target.
