Forums will be taken off-line, MR will be in it's light-weight form.

If even 1/3 of the rumors floating around are legit, it's gonna be one heckuva Steve-note. Too bad I'm all tapped out from the Holidays. :p

and its time for all the speculation posts, most of which are completely off!!! not that i know whats going to be released, but its fun reading posts about what people are wishing and hoping for

what happens happens, some things would be nice for sure, but some things will never see the light of day

lets hope the servers dont get too bogged down between now and the Keynote, and thank goodness for the lite version during the keynote

I wonder if this year we'll beat the record number of people on the boards, just after they opened after last years MWSF there were quite a few people here — 2652 to be precise. We'll see.

Speculation runs rampant, new product launches emminent....It doesn't get any better than this on MR. :D :)

They say that the anticipation is always more satifying than the act, er, product release.

I got this error 14 times just trying to post. I think they need a server upgrade or something. It's cool to have so many Mac people posting however.

G5 Powerbooks next Tuesday! I made it up from a reliable source dontcha know?

Also there will be new PowerMacs with octuple 5 Ghz processors that will also be able to make coffee and clean my house for me. For under $1500 no less.

There might also be an Apple-branded apple. Tastier than the Granny Smith too.

Ah the days leading up to an expo are so fun. :p

Yes, I have got that message twice today. One way to assist in a needed server upgrade is to become a contributor to MacRumors.

I can't wait for the icoffee app, and the newest version of Mac janitor, I know as soon as steve says they are available I'll be ordering mine.

I wonder if they will come with a special edition white and silver ipod?

How about this for speculation: The iPhonePod G5, running a 22mhz PowerPC 970, to warm the travel mug in which it is built. Bam! Kick it up a notch eh? :)

I think it is the shops now, you can certainly get it from the apple store,

I'd wait a week or so for keynote 2, will probably be better.

Comes complete with a speech and everything.
