WMA to ACC

How do i convert my WMa songs to ACC when they downloaed form a music site and it says they are procted?

Protected WMA files cannot be converted to AAC format using iTunes. It says as much on Apple's website.

Incidentally, it's "AAC" and not "ACC". It's an audio codec, not a NCAA conference. ;)
