not a big fan of coke the corporation. but it's so hard to avoid them... i like cherry coke and regular coke

vanilla coke is ok, but nothing too great

haven't had coke with lemon, though pepsi with lemon is good

I still like Blue Pepsi!

King Cobra has attached this image:
[Photo removed at the request of everyone, who is sick and tired of seeing that pop up every week.] :D

Actually, I like the original coke. I don't need to have all those extra flavors in my mouth. And for anyone with an upset stomach, DO NOT chug down Pepsi. For some reason it makes the "situation worse".

thank u so much for not posting that damned blue pepsi image....again... ;)

I guess I'm going to be the only one around here who actually drinks diet coke & likes it...I'm not a big softdrink fan and regular ones taste like pure sugar...ick

however...one of my favorite drinks while out...Stoli Vanilla & diet coke ;)

I've heard it's pretty good in it's natural "coke" form...

All non-alcoholic carbonated beverages are the tools of Satan!

The only soft drink I like is water. Gallons of the stuff, preferably.

whenever i'm doing web design (which is most of the time @ home :)) i either have a dr. pepper (my drink of choice) or a cherry coke in hand

i'm sure it's not a healthy thing but i really enjoy the taste and it somehow helps me work...

I've pretty much stopped drinkning soda at all - coffee is my only real source of caffene these days. But occassionally, like once a month or less, I'll have one and its always a Coke Classic.

Too bad they no longer sell the original formula, sold in the Pharmacies.

So my vote would go to John Styth Pemberton's early formula from the 1880's.

"Pemberton's French Wine Coca" or the popular popular nerve tonic, stimulant and headache remedy.

I think colas back in the 1880s were kind of green colored, sort of like this:

King Cobra has attached this image:
[Picture of Pepsi Green removed by the request of everyone, who gets easily sick of seeing the Pepsi Blue photo and Mountain Dew.] :D :D

Actually, I have MUCH more coffee than soda. America is the most addictive country to coffee, according to someone with their Ph. D. I spoke to a while back.

How did I know that you would bring Pepsi Blue up when you saw this thread? :p

I'm not sure. How do you know when I saw this thread? :D :p

I'm a freakin' comic, man. I'm the funniest person at my HS (profile), plus I like to pick at certain topics over and over again.

if you hadn't removed the image, I think I might have - and you do have a tendency to repeat yourself, nausiatingly, how many times has that image been posted? probably more the eye in a bikini :D

as for being a comic? huh? that requires a sense of humor - getting laughed at isn't the same as making people laugh.......void ;)

From this I can extrapolate that Zima, Smirnoff Ice, and such are God's Drinks!

I'm very well aware of the -void- mistake, duke. I don't need to be reminded of it every couple of weeks. Why can't you be nice to me as when I brought up the 3D room I had tried drawing? You didn't call me -void- there.

[duke goes back and edits all his posts there, adding -void- to make me feel worse.] :D

Actually, I started becoming real funny when I studied about 4 to 6 hours of Whose Line comedy episodes every week or so.

using other peoples stuff?

lighten up and learn to handle the banter - I can't get carried away and I won't - you just have to learn that if you comment on yourself and things you do, you have to be able to handle a little taunting - and unfortunately, I was probably one of the only ones who even *got* the void thing - most people just don't understand it.

ha, well, you know the FDA would frown on putting cocaine in softdrinks again - but I'm sure it really was a good stimulant :D

I liked "new" Coke... which faded... then in 1994, Coke II came out, It was great, But was only sold for about 3 weeks (At our local Grocery Store)

Other than that I try to avoid Coke when ever Possible.. i prefer Pepsi (Reg, Diet, & One) [Pepsi Bluereference removed to stay in good taste... everyone knows that stuff is awful] The Twists are good (Pepsi) but Diet Coke with Lemon is such a rip, and another name for Vanilla Coke is --- PEPSI!

Enough of a rant for now!

New Coke was aimed at trying to be more like pepsi a little sweeter tasting - it really wasn't that good and everyone complained so they came out soon after with coke classic. Classic stayed, then new coke faded away.

actually, diet coke with lemon which is not on the poll

i got on my weight loss program by eating moderately and drinking diet soda vs real soda and wine vs beer and that has accounted for at least ten pounds

the next ten, which would make me skinny again, can only be gotten through exercise and i am not going to make any excueses because i am old...i see people in their fifties doing the 26 mile ride to big sur, ca and back during the weekend and they look as thin as many people in their twenties

i had this sixties coca cola emblem which was a fake so i sold it for twenty dollars to a collector

as it turns out, that fake coke button was yanked off the market and was worth fifteen hundred dollars...oops

i should have known being a guitar player/major collector...once fernandes made a dead on copy of a fender guitar and the fernandes was ordered to yank that off the market, but kirk hammett of metallica had one of those, and now any black fender stratocaster copy made by fernandes with the exact fender specifications is worth a boatload of money

since they have been pulled off the market, i have not seen one of those fernandez direct ripoff guitars:(

I didn't even know there was a Coke II. I wonder what prompted them to try these out...
