Photosmart 7660 Via Airtport from Windows PC HELP

I have set up my Photosmart 7660 on my mac to work via airport, but my flat mates windows PC will not access it (even though i follow the instructions from the apple manual, like setting up the LPT port with the IP address etc)

Is there anyway easy way i can set this up?

My flat mates windows PC can access a shared folder on my mac when i manually create a folder with the IP address of the folder.

How can i find the URL/IP address of my printer that my mac is using to see if his windows PC can find the printer that way? Thanks
